1. History

JZR500 is Chinese Standard name for drum mixing concrete mixer. Professional name is RDCM500-16DH. R-reversing, D-drum,C-concrete,M-mixer,16-16kw,D-diesel,H-hydraulic loading hopper.

Early in 1990s, Drum type electric type self load concrete mixer JZC350 series were popular in China, but later as commercial concrete with higher quality were needed more and more, concrete batching plant became poluar.

On the other hand,there are still big markets in many developing countries where commercial concrete not ye popular. Our engineer who stayed in Africa revised JZC350 by changing the structure, power source, hopper loading method and designed new RDCM500-16DH model according to market requirement.

2.How it works

20HP single cylinder diesel engine provides power for gear box, hydarulic gear pump, generator and water pump. Four rubber tyres with towing bar make transportation easier from site to site.

Gear box to power drum mixing(clockwise&anti-clockwise rotating)
Hydraulic pump to power material loading hopper hydraulic jack lifting.
Generator with starting motor, starting key,relay,battery together promises electric start in seconds.
Water pump linked with hose, water tank, and nozzle.

3. Features

Chain+rubber disk transmission||3.1

Chain system instead of V belt transmission to promise more reliable mixing.

Limite bolt||3.2

Added limit bolt on operating rod can stop drum from clockwise rotating to sudden anti-clockwise rotating. The limit bolt has to be pulled before lever turned to right position.

Improved air filter &exhaust pipe||3.3

Revised air filter is far away from exhaust pipe, which expands engine's lifespan.

Flange on wheel axel||3.3

Most factories apply U bolt and nut to connect wheel axel to mixer chassis frame. But our wheel axel has flange joint, making transporation stable and firm.
